"Cardinal" by artist Karen Coachman is one of fifteen semi-permanent sidewalk murals commissioned by the Office of Raleigh Arts and the Raleigh Dept. of Transportation in 2018 to provide a touch of color and whimsy for pedestrians to enjoy. This mural can be found near the corner of W Hargett St and S Salisbury St next to Linus & Pepper's/Virgil's Original Taqueria.
