Office of Raleigh Arts commissioned artist Sarahlaine Calva to paint small-scale murals throughout Raleigh in an effort to enhance the visibility of the storm drains in a creative way while also promoting the prevention of water pollution. Look for the mural within Nash Square near the corner of W Hargett St and S McDowell St.
