Strong average daily room rate and revenue per available room performance indicates recovery is underway and also the need for additional hotel rooms to meet growing demand. Hotels downtown achieve significantly higher revenue per available room and higher average daily room rates than hotels in Wake County, North Carolina, and the United States.
