The announcement that Flourish Market is moving to W. Martin Street has got us excited about the newest emerging retail cluster for Downtown Raleigh. The store will be located close to other clothing retailers such as Raleigh Denim, Father and Son, and Urban Outfitters, creating a fashion cluster for shoppers. Let's take a look at each of the shops in this particular cluster:
The Flourish Market, Downtown Raleigh’s do-good boutique, offers products that are made by or support survivors of sex trafficking abroad, and right here at home in the United States as well as jewelry made by women transitioning out of addiction programs, and 50+ incredible artisan partner groups.
Raleigh Denim is one of Downtown Raleigh's pioneer retail locations and the workshop and retail store has been in the Warehouse District for over a decade. The shop specializes in one-of-a-kind denim jeans made on site but also features other apparel such as t-shirts, jackets, dresses, accessories and more.
Father & Son Antique shop moved from Hargett Street to West Street last year and adds to the eclectic-ness of this cluster. They offer more than clothing - mid-century furniture, vintage records, or one-of-a-kind knick-knacks cover the floor of the shop. The clothing is vintage and you can find anything from old-school band t-shirts to surf-style mens clothing to glitzy and glamorous evening gowns.
Urban Outfitters is located on the street-level of the Dillon Building and is known as a multinational lifestyle retail corporation. The shop offers a curated mix of on-trend women's and men's clothes from boho dresses to graphic t-shirts as well as beauty products, a home collection and a music + tech section.
