Imprint Award Winners - State of Downtown 2024


Downtown Raleigh Alliance honored five significant construction projects with Imprint Awards at the 2024 State of Downtown Raleigh event on Wednesday, August 28th.

Imprint Awards are given to major developments that contribute to the forward momentum of Downtown Raleigh and invest more than $2 million in downtown.

This year’s Imprint Award recipients include 400H, 615 Peace, Mira Raleigh, The Acorn on Person Street, and The Miles at Seaboard Station.


400H

400 Hillsborough Street

400H is a dynamic mixed-use development that is designed to complement the evolving lifestyles of both urban dwellers and professionals living in downtown Raleigh. This 20-story tower features 150,000 square feet of Class-A office space, 242 luxury residential units, and 16,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.
