Starting Friday, November 15th, visitors who drive into Downtown Raleigh can benefit from up to 2 hours of free weekday parking in 5 city-owned decks:
- Municipal Building Deck - 201 W Morgan St, Raleigh, NC 27601
- Wilmington Street Station Deck - 117 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27601
- Moore Square Deck - 233 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27601
- Blount Street Deck - 314 S Blount St, Raleigh, NC 27601
- City Center / Red Hat Deck - 429 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27601
The easiest way to navigate to each deck is by using the addresses listed above. Or follow the yellow balloons and look out for this sidewalk signage at the participating decks.
Only the five decks listed above are part of the program – all other parking decks within Downtown Raleigh will charge their regular rates. And special event rates may apply for certain events.

This free parking pilot is being implemented as part of the recommendations outlined in the recently debuted Downtown Raleigh Economic Development Strategy, and provides a great option for those looking to enjoy a bite to eat or shop local this holiday season.
