The Marbles Playway

Union Station Bus Facility

The Raleigh Union Station Bus Facility is the publicly funded portion of a joint development project led by GoTriangle and its development partner Hoffman & Associates. The transit facility provides Downtown Raleigh with a multi-modal connection between intercity passenger rail, future bus rapid transit, and local, regional, and intercity bus services. The facility is comprised of a mixture of on-and-off-street components integrating pedestrian and bicycle mobility and will be part of the future Union West mixed-use private development in the Warehouse District.

This development project aimed to provide a top tier hotel to the Downtown Raleigh landscape. Tempo by Hilton is a lifestyle hotel brand designed for the ambitious, modern traveler seeking to maintain balance and momentum while traveling. Homewood Suites appeals to guests who value the extra space and amenities for extended stays, providing a "home-like" environment. To top it all off, we created the tallest and largest rooftop bar in Raleigh named Urban Oak which nestles you into the skyline of the City of Oaks and allows guests and locals to venture up for craft cocktails, curated bites, and lively energy.
