Get out of your office and on your feet for our weekly DTR Spring Fitness Series.
We’ve partnered with Downtown Raleigh gyms to host free fitness classes in celebration of Downtown Raleigh Employee Appreciation Month this May. From yoga to CrossFit, these workouts are designed for DTR employees and community members of all skill levels.
Schedule:
Tuesdays – Moore Square at 5:15pm
Yoga by Current Wellness
Wednesdays – Bloc 83 Courtyard at 12pm
Yoga by YogaSix
Thursdays – City Plaza at 5:15pm
