Description
Crude Bitters and Sodas was founded in 2012 as the first cocktail bitters company in North Carolina.
In 2018, Crude Bitters opened The Bittery, a cocktail supply shop and classroom in the front half of their production facility in Downtown Raleigh. The Bittery carries a collection of bitters from around the world, mixers, bar tools, glassware, and more. In addition to retail, bitters and cocktail history classes are held each month to educate the community about all aspects of cocktail craft.Upcoming Events
