A collaboration between Mothers and Sons’ Josh DeCarolis and Left Bank Butchery. In Raleigh’s Transfer Co. Food Hall, Alimentari at Left Bank will serve a menu of tigelle, fresh pasta by the pound, and other Italian specialties in addition to being Raleigh’s only completely local, whole animal butchery, and charcuterie shop.
