Personally Fit Individualized Training is one of the first and most well-known personal training facilities in the Raleigh area. For more than 25 years, Personally Fit has devoted itself to training clients with the utmost care and attention from our certified personal trainers. Today, our private facility is located near downtown Raleigh on North Boylan Avenue with a staff of professional trainers that have been trained in all levels of fitness. Those levels include Beginners, Advanced, All Ages, Post Rehab, Sports Conditioning, General Fitness, and Group Exercise.
