For financial assistance for small businesses and individuals:

Raleigh Small Business COVID-19 Relief Funds - The City of Raleigh government has partnered with Carolina Small Business Development Fund to provide grant funds for qualifying and small businesses that have been adversely impacted by the pandemic. 

Wake Forward Loan Program - loan program for businesses with 1-100 employees located in Wake County

Small Business Administration Loans - provides direct guidance from SBA on their current loan program for relief

Golden LEAF Foundation Loan Program - The Golden LEAF Foundation has opened up a loan program offering loans up to $50,000. Loans are capped at two months of revenue, six months of no interest or payment followed by 48 months of payments with a 5.5% interest rate.

Tax Credit Assistance for Paid Leave - U.S. Treasury Department, Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor announced two new refundable payroll tax credits to provide credit for COVID-related paid sick leave and child care.

Duke Energy Waiving Late Payment Fees - Duke Energy is waiving all late payment fees, fees for returned checks, and fees for all residential customer credit and debit card payments effective 3/21. They have also suspended disconnection for all home and business accounts.

Count on Me NC - Become a Count on Me NC business by taking a COVID-19 training developed by public health officials and food safety experts

Outdoor Dining expansion application - The City of Raleigh has expanded their outdoor seating and have a new application and FAQs posted
