DRA Soliciting Management Proposals for the Downtown Raleigh Community Engagement & Safety Ambassador Program
Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA) is soliciting competitive proposals for the Downtown Raleigh Community Engagement & Safety Ambassador Program which provides hospitality and safety services in the downtown municipal services district of Raleigh, NC.
DRA is seeking a professional management company that will enhance our services through new ideas, tactics, and deployment; improved and targeted training; innovative and improved equipment; and efficiencies with a strong ability to report accountability and success.
Proposers are requested to complete the contractor intent form and return to Kimberley Jones at kimberleyjones@downtownraleigh.org no later than Friday, April 23. Proposers are invited to a non-mandatory pre-bid information session on Thursday, April 29 at 11:00 AM (EST). Additional questions will be accepted by email until 5:00 PM, Monday, May 3.
Proposals are due by 5:00 PM (EST) on Tuesday, May 18 and should be submitted according to the specifications detailed in the RFP.
