Chef Clarke Merrell opened Dank Burrito as a food truck in 2014 and in less than a year won National Food Truck Rookie of the Year. Since then he has opened two restaurant locations of Dank Burrito in Morehead City and Beaufort, NC. Merrell also owns Morehead City's Circa 81 restaurant, Merrell Estate & Gardens - a wedding and event venue in Indian Beach - and four locations of Beaufort Olive Oil Co. Transfer Co will be the third location for Dank Burrito's chef-inspired tacos, burritos, and bowls.
