Raleigh's Vidrio restaurant has started a series of monthly dinners called Taste Tour of the Mediterranean: A Culinary Tour led by Executive Chef Saif Rahman. The destination and menu inspiration will change each month as chef Rahman and the kitchen team work their way through the Mediterranean. The next multi-course meal, Taste Tour of the Mediterranean, Destination: Portugal, is at 6:30 pm April 14. Price is $85 per person plus tax and gratuity.
