Raleigh's Vidrio restaurant has started a series of monthly dinners called Taste Tour of the Mediterranean: A Culinary Tour led by Executive Chef Saif Rahman. The destination and menu inspiration will change each month as chef Rahman and the kitchen team work their way through the Mediterranean. The next multi-course meal, Taste Tour of the Mediterranean, Destination: Portugal, is at 6:30 pm April 14. Price is $85 per person plus tax and gratuity.

OPENING
• White Bean Dip with Olive Oil and Coriander
• Green Olive Spread with Olive Oil

FIRST
• Crispy Green Beans with Lemon
• Salt Cod Fritters with Lemon

FOR THE TABLE MAIN COURSE
• Tomatoes, Red Onion, Fresh Oregano and Olive Oil
• Pork Belly with Clams and Spices
• Piri Piri Grilled Chicken with Chili Oil
• Portuguese Pork and Beans
• Portuguese Rice and Chouriço
• Stewed Spinach with Garbanzo Beans

SWEET
• Portuguese Egg Custard


Dinner is $85, plus tax and gratuity
