The first of our “Taste Tour of the Mediterranean” monthly dinner series. This months’ destination: Morocco!
Join us and immerse yourself in an exclusive 5-course cultural dinner experience filled with authentic and elevated Moroccan cuisine hosted by NC Chef of the Year Saif Rahman.
Saif Rahman will showcase the rustic cooking he is known for, use of simple ingredients, and cooking techniques to pronounce those flavors. Guests can expect to savor dishes that are rich, fragrant, and layered with the sweet and spicy, earthy and bright flavors that reflect the vast array of spices available in local Moroccan markets.
