We're celebrating Rosé All May at The Willard, a month-long celebration of everyone’s favorite pink drink. Join us all May long for rosé wine specials and rosé-themed events as you enjoy warm weather and sunshine on the rooftop:

🍹🍹 Rosé Cocktails: Our bartenders are shaking up three cocktails incorporating rosé wine all month long:
🌺 Rosé Bouquet: an elderflower spritz with rosé ice cubes
🥃 Bros-é All Day: a negroni with a house-made rosé-and-herb vermouth
🍑 sPeach Bubble: a peach French martini topped with sparkling rosé
🍾 Rosé Bottles: Gather your crew and celebrate the warm weather with a round of rosé. All May long, enjoy rosé wines from France, Italy, and beyond with 10% off bottles.
🍽️ Cocktails & Cuisine Classes: Rosé in Every Way: We’re celebrating Rosé All May with a Cocktails & Cuisine class focused on everyone’s favorite refreshing pink wine. Attend our next Cocktails & Cuisine Class: Rosé in Every Way on Saturday, May 13 or May 27 at 2pm, and you’ll learn how to up your cocktail game and pair drinks with food as you gather around the bar at The Willard Rooftop. Our skilled bartenders will teach you to make three cocktails that incorporate rosé from a splash of sparkling to rosé ice cubes. You’ll get to enjoy a glass of each cocktail plus pairings with two dishes from our kitchen. $50 per person.
🍇 Willard Wine Tasting: Rosé Around the World: Our month-long celebration of rosé continues with our next Willard Wine Tasting: Rosé Around the World on Thursday, May 25, at 6:30pm. Join us in our private Skyview room overlooking the downtown Raleigh skyline to learn more about rosé wine with The Willard’s Beverage Manager, Conrad Most. In this evening’s class, Conrad will focus on rosé wines from all over the world. Attendees will taste three wines and enjoy a small cheese and charcuterie plate. $50 per person.
