Learn how to use bitters in various ways. Classes are approximately an hour and allow guests to tour the Crude Bitters HQ and to try different flavors. Each guest will receive the following tastings:

New England Gin Punch: Gin, dry vermouth, green tea, apple cider, ginger, lemon oleo, lemon juice, bitters.
Fish House Punch: Brandy, aged rum, earl grey tea, peach syrup, lemon-orange oleo, lemon and orange juice, cinnamon, bitters.

Each attendee takes home an 8oz bottle of Fish House Punch base. Just add spirit!

We will discuss flavor pairings, bitters/cocktail history, and cocktail craft. Each guest will receive 10% off shop purchases after class!
