Learn how to use bitters in batched punches for the holidays. We will discuss flavor pairings, bitters/cocktail history, and cocktail craft. Each guest will receive 10% off shop purchases after class!
Each guest will receive the following tastings:
- Ginger Green Tea Punch: Gin, Domaine de Canton liqueur, green tea, lemon, grapefruit, cane sugar, bitters
- Daniel Webster Punch: brandy, aged rum, sherry, black tea, lemon, orange, cane sugar, bitters
