Join us as we welcome Giulio Giacosa of Elvio Cogno, one of Piemonte’s most celebrated estates, for a special free tasting and bar takeover and enjoy a special popup dinner menu from Jeff Bramwell.
THE WINES
A pioneer in Barolo’s famed Ravera vineyard, Elvio Cogno recognized its cool-climate potential long before the rest of the region caught on. The winery also helped rescue the nearly extinct Nascetta grape, becoming its benchmark producer.
We'll be pouring everything from the estate's wonderful everyday wines to cru Barolo from the famed Ravera vineyard, showcasing the remarkable range of this traditional, old-vine-focused producer.

Giulio is also featured in Jeff Bramwell’s two-volume book, *On the Road in Piemonte with Winemakers, Farmers, & Chefs*, and this is a rare opportunity to meet the winemaker, hear the stories firsthand, and taste some truly special wines.
