Our monthly classes occur 4-5 times a month. Check out our site for the full schedule!
The focus of our classes is on bitters, their history in cocktails, and flavor pairings. Each attendee receives a small flight of cocktails with bitters recommendations. This allows you to experiment with different flavors and learn how to use bitters in new ways. We include a tour of the Crude Bitters production as well!
