RALEIGH, NC (March 22, 2016) – The Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA) will share insights and analysis on market trends at the 2016 State of Downtown Raleigh event and explain how these trends will shape downtown’s future growth.
Over 3,000 new housing units have just opened, are under construction, or are planned in downtown Raleigh. These will bring nearly 5,000 new residents to downtown over the next few years.
