RALEIGH, NC (April 14, 2016) – The Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA) will share insights and analysis on market trends at the 2016 State of Downtown Raleigh event and explain how these trends will shape downtown’s future growth.

 

 

Downtown’s current building boom will add over 4 million square feet to downtown across all asset classes, including over 1 million square feet of office space.
