"This is a multi media, black light activated art installation that envelops the viewer in a warm hug of affirmations. I utilize multiple surfaces and mediums to convey light filled messages and emotions. It's a reminder that art can be fun and meaningful at the same time."

About Candy Carver //
Candy Carver is a self taught, North Carolina based artist. She creates electric and brightly colored, contemporary artwork. It encompasses bold colors and utilizes abstract design alongside figurative subjects. Her work is intuitive and begins with a specified feeling as the goal. The colors she chooses are therapeutic and enliven her as she creates. Creating allows her to fill her reservoir of joy and impact others in a similar way.

Free street parking is available on Davie Street. Metered parking is available on adjacent streets. There are also several pay lots/decks nearby: City Market parking lot, Blount Street parking deck, and several Secure P lots for night + weekend parking (314 E Davie St, 415 S Person St, 417 S Person St).
