Join Stacy for a 75 minute Yoga Nidra and Journaling Workshop.

This guided self-inquiry meditation is designed to cultivate deep relaxation while maintaining inner awareness. The practice of Yoga Nidra offers a range of benefits, including reduced stress, improved sleep, enhanced self-awareness, and emotional release.

The class will begin with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session, followed by time for journaling and a quiet moment with tea to reflect.

Participants will remain in a comfortable reclined position throughout the entire class. Props will be provided, and you're welcome to bring a blanket for extra coziness.
