This foundational series is designed to set you up for a sustainable and beneficial yoga practice that you enjoy. Over the course of four weeks, you will learn breathing practices and poses that form the building blocks of a yoga practice. Classes are structured at a meditative pace with strong focus on form and function to increase flexibility, build strength and regulate your nervous system. Yoga is for every body – let’s begin together!

This series is perfect for brand new yogis or anyone wanting to slow down and get back to basics.

This class meets Sundays from 11am to noon. The series runs from January 21st to February 11th.
