This foundational offering is designed as an interactive workshop to support you in building a sustainable and enjoyable yoga practice. Together, we’ll explore the essential building blocks of yoga.
Rather than a traditional class format, this workshop creates space for group discussion, questions, and shared learning—especially around the power and purpose of the breath. You’ll have the opportunity to experience and practice different pranayama techniques, as well as break down foundational poses and sequences like Sun Salutations A and B in a supportive, accessible way.
We’ll move at a meditative pace with a strong focus on form and function to help increase flexibility, build strength, and cultivate awareness.
Yoga is for every body—let’s begin together. This workshop is perfect for brand new yogis or anyone looking to slow down, reconnect, and return to the basics.
