This foundational series is designed to set you up for a sustainable and beneficial yoga practice that you enjoy. Over the course of four weeks, you will learn breathing practices and poses that form the building blocks of a yoga practice. Classes are structured at a meditative pace with strong focus on form and function to increase flexibility, build strength and regulate your nervous system.

Yoga is for every body – let’s begin together! This series is perfect for brand new yogis or anyone wanting to slow down and get back to basics.

This group will meet on Sundays from 12:30-1:30pm from February 9th through March 2nd.

Cost: $85 for 4 weeks
