In order to serve the Black and brown communities of Raleigh, we are excited to offer this yin yoga class, a slow-paced and meditative yoga practice that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels and can be a therapeutic and rejuvenating experience, promoting a sense of balance and calmness in both the body and mind.

This class is an affinity space for Black and brown folks. This means that we are asking folks to attend class only if they identify as such, so that we can practice in a community based on shared identity. This class is hosted by Angela Griffin, RYT 500.

Free but registration is required.

Dress comfortably. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours.
