Raleigh's Figulina is offering a three-course Valentine's Dinner on Feb. 14 for $95 per person. Optional wine pairings will be available. Here's the menu:
• Scallop Crudo with vanilla vinaigrette, strawberry and watercress OR Mushroom Vol-Au-Vent with truffle and PX sherry.
• Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with celery root gratin, smoked eggplant and oil cured olives OR Stuffed Pappardelle with radicchio, Ricotta salata, poppy seed butter and pine nuts.
• Olive Oil Cake with whipped mascarpone, rosemary and blood orange OR Chocolate Tahini Mousse with date syrup and benne florentine.
