Umbrella Dry Bar is excited to host an exclusive evening with a multi-course menu, highlighted with paired zero proof spirits.

All cocktails will be made using Rasasvada zero-proof Spirit Restoratives as the base. Rasa is made with invigorating 100% whole-plant decoctions uniquely crafted using unhurried techniques from herbalism, tea traditions, and traditional eastern medicine. Sophisticated, arresting, and seductive, each Spirit Restorative presents an exceptional orchestra of aroma, core bitterness, and a lingering finish, while providing powerful health and wellness benefits for whenever your spirit needs restoring. Rasasvada founder, Connor Godfrey, will be joining us from NYC to share more about the brand.

Chef Kevin Ruiz is one to watch! He's the executive chef at ORO, and was recently a finalist on Food Network's Chopped. Ruiz creates dishes that are modern, clean, and approachable. You may have tasted his food at Bendito, the Rockford, or Wye Hill. His passion for travel displays memorably in the culinary experiences he creates.

The backdrop for the evening will be the Merchant, a stunning space that is rich in history. The beautiful aesthetic evokes a sensual vibe.

This event is designed to stretch your mind and offer the possibility of a culinary art experience, without alcohol. We are very close to opening our doors at Umbrella, and this event will get us one step closer. We are looking forward to serving you!
