Join us for a special evening where exceptional wine, thoughtful cuisine, and an important cause come together. DRINK and Maximillians Grill will partner to host an intimate wine dinner featuring acclaimed winemakers Tony Lombardi of Lombardi Wines, Mike Kobler, Jr. of Kobler Family Estate, and Sheree Thornsberry of Innumero Wines, all coming together to support Hilinski's Hope Foundation. Tickets are $100.
This curated multi-course dinner will highlight seasonal dishes paired with standout wines from California’s renowned Russian River Valley and surrounding regions. Guests will enjoy a reception followed by a four-course menu designed to showcase each winery’s distinctive style and craftsmanship, while also giving attendees the chance to meet the winemakers and hear the stories behind the wines.

More than just a dinner, the evening is about bringing people together to support mental health awareness. Hilinski's Hope Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and providing resources for student-athletes. Founded in 2018 by Kym Hilinski and Mark Hilinski after the loss of their son Tyler Hilinski, a quarterback at Washington State Cougars football, the foundation works to promote mental wellness through education, advocacy, and institutional change.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy remarkable wines, thoughtful cuisine, and meaningful conversation with the people behind the labels, all while supporting a mission that impacts countless student-athletes and families.
