In a world that glorifies productivity, “The Art of Doing Nothing” invites you to slow down, soften, and remember what it means to truly be. This workshop is a soulful exploration of rest as resistance — a guided experience designed to support your nervous system, nourish your heart, and remind you that your worth is not defined by how much you do, but by who you are when you allow yourself to simply exist.
Through a blend of gentle movement, restorative yoga, breathwork, and guided relaxation, you’ll learn how to access deep states of rest that replenish rather than drain. We’ll explore the science and spirituality of rest and how slowing down rewires your nervous system, supports emotional healing, and reconnects you with your inner rhythms.
You’ll also be guided through reflective journaling prompts that help uncover your personal barriers to rest — the beliefs, guilt, or conditioning that make stillness feel uncomfortable — and learn practices to cultivate safety in your body when you’re at rest.
Expect soft lighting, calming sounds, and plenty of props to fully support you. You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and empowered to integrate micro-moments of rest into your daily life.
