Join Artspace for our free Spring Family Day celebrating Earth Day! Attendees can enjoy art making experiences exploring the environment, live performances, and meet our 30+ studio artists.
Spring Family Day Activities
-Take part in our EarthWorks art making activity
-Experience hands-on demos by Artspace studio artists at 11:00am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, and 2:30pm
-Enjoy a puppet theater performance by Tarish "Jeghetto" Pipkins from 11:30am-1:30pm
-Tap your feet to live jazz music by the Burnin’ Bananas from Enloe High School from 1:30pm-3:00pm
-Explore exhibitions with work by Clarence Heyward, Duane Cyrus, and Shawn Campbell
-Visit and shop with our studio artists
-Savor free refreshments while supplies last
Spring Family Day is free to attend and open to the public. Registration is not required, but will help us anticipate attendance. Spring Family Day is free thanks to support provided by the City of Raleigh Arts Commission, United Arts Council of Raleigh and Wake County, and NC Arts Council.
