Sugar snap peas, strawberries, mint, cucumber – you may be thinking of a salad, but all these ingredients can be part of tasty and complex mocktails! This class will cover creative ways to use ingredients from the garden (or farmers market!), including in recipes for drinks as well as to make syrups and shrub drinking vinegars.
We’ll cover equipment and supplies needed (if you’re a cocktail/mocktail newbie) and then make 3 different alcohol-free cocktails. This class will be taught by Nathan Williams, our co-owner and resident mixologist (if you’ve attended a mocktail class previously, Nathan will be introducing 2 new drinks, as well as bringing back an old favorite).
Cost: $35 per person; $60 per pair
