Join us at Slim’s on September 4th for the first day of Hopscotch Day Parties from 12pm-5pm! Sleepy Cat Records, a label based out of Carrboro, NC, is showcasing four of their amazing local artists at Slim’s. First on the lineup at 1:00pm is Gibson & Toutant, a husband and wife making catchy folk pop. At 2:00pm is SunSp.t, Joe Macphail’s solo project centered around jazz, rock, and electronic funk, using his keyboard and singer/songwriter skills. At 3:00pm is Ensign 1999, one of Owen Fitzgerald’s projects focused on melodrama. Lonnie Walker, a four piece indie rock band, will close the day party at 4:00pm. You won’t want to miss this amazing lineup of Sleepy Cat Records bands, and when the music ends, continue the night at Slim’s and grab a drink with friends and fellow music lovers!
