Come learn how to protect yourself, your family, and make sure your kids know how to be prepared as well! This seminar is for all ages (4+) and skill levels. We strongly encourage anyone that would consider women’s self defense, or any form of self defense, to come in and learn some real world techniques and laws pertaining to self defense for everyone!
🧠 What to expect: Information on proven self defense concepts and techniques, as well as state laws and rights!
When: First Saturday of every month - starting June 3!
Time: 11am-1pm

Fee: Free for Members, $10 for Non-Members

Can't make it this weekend? We'll be offering a self defense seminar on the first Saturday of every month!
