A grounding and empowering New Year’s Day yoga flow
Step into 2026 rooted, steady, and ready to rise. This New Year’s Day practice is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, reconnect to your center, and awaken your inner strength.
We’ll begin with intentional breathwork and a short guided meditation to anchor the mind and body, while specifically focusing on the Root Chakra – the energetic center of stability, courage, and belonging. From this grounded foundation, we’ll flow through mindful, empowering movement that invites you to listen deeply and connect with what’s within, welcoming every body exactly as it is.
