Join us for storytime on The Willard Rooftop on Friday, August 23rd, at 10am with local GRAMMY nominated artist, picture book author, and children’s podcaster, Pierce Freelon. Bring the kids up to the seventh floor for family-friendly fun and stories on our open air terrace with unmatched views of downtown Raleigh. And purchase your own copies of two of Freelon’s delightful children’s books, Daddy & Me: Side by Side and Daddy Daughter Day, to enjoy at home.
This event is free, but because we are limited in the number of guests we can host during this storytime, pre-registration is required to secure your spot. Please include the total number of attendees (including children and infants) when you register. Seating will be on the floor of the terrace; feel free to bring a towel if you wish!
