Join us as we celebrate Drink Up Month with our friends at RALtoday on Thursday, July 20 from 5pm-7pm.
We’ll be serving our Drink Up cocktail special for the month: The Pop Rock & Drop It, made with Mystic or your choice of bourbon, blueberry barbecue shrub, lemon, and Pop Rocks. This signature cocktail, which was created by The Willard’s very own bartender, Jessie Rossabi, in collaboration with Mystic Farm & Distillery, was the runner-up in the 2023 NCRLA Chef Showdown mixology competition. Also on the menu for the night are your choice of pulled pork or BBQ jackfruit sliders (with jicama slaw and spicy aioli served on brioche buns) to pair with the special cocktail.
Throughout the evening, you’ll be able to mix and mingle with Jessie, some of the Mystic team, and RALtoday editors Cat and Allie as you enjoy the barbecue-inspired cocktail and gorgeous views of Downtown Raleigh.
All food and beverage for purchase a la carte.
