No one ever said being a teenager was easy. The Montague and Capulet dynasties have been locked in a civil war for decades. Every day, their youngest family members duel and die in the streets of Verona. Then Romeo Montague meets Juliet Capulet. Inflamed by a passion they can scarcely understand, the two dreamers recklessly defy their families and marry in secret, setting off a chain of events that will change Verona forever.

Romeo and Juliet will be staged and performed in Raleigh, and made available in in Fayetteville and beyond the final weekend of the run.

Our production of Romeo & Juliet is conducted with COVID safety in mind. Artists are fully vaccinated and test three times weekly. Our title couple is played by real-life couple Chloe Oliver and Benjamin Apple. During the performance, audience members are held to at least 10’ away from artists and must wear masks for the duration of the performance.
