Take an hour to nurture yourself in a unique way by joining us for a sound bowl healing mixed with the deep healing tones of the cello. Give energetic support to your body by allowing the vibrations to envelop your senses, align your chakras, and bring you to another level of awareness in your mind and body. This will be a time to release and let go of what is no longer serving you. Join us as we release the tension and stress and raise our vibrations.
