Join the Redbud Writing Project for a literary launch party! We'll be celebrating the three winners of this year's short story competition, the Coppice Prize, which was only open to writers who hail from marginalized or under-represented backgrounds. Two of the three writers will read from their winning stories, and audience members will have the opportunity to purchase the anthology containing the winners. We'll have food, drink, and fun literary conversation! This event is free and open to the public, so come on over and bring your friends.
This year's Coppice Prize, including the party, was made possible by a generous grant from United Arts of Wake County.
