Join Brit Guerin and Julia Carter for a reflective and empowering workshop to kickoff Reclaiming Movement: 30 Days to Explore Movement on Your Own Terms.In this workshop, participants will explore their personal relationship with movement and begin to deconstruct common fitness myths and assumptions tied to diet culture. Together, we’ll get curious about the barriers—both internal and external—that often get in the way of joyful, sustainable movement.

Through guided discussion and gentle prompts, attendees will uncover their own “why” for moving their bodies, focusing on intrinsic motivators like energy, social connection, and mental well-being. We’ll also offer guidelines to help reclaim movement as a source of empowerment rather than punishment. Rooted in a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, this workshop creates space to redefine what movement can look and feel like beyond aesthetic goals. Whether you’re reconnecting with movement after a long break or seeking a more aligned approach, this is a space for curiosity, healing, and possibility.

This workshop is a kickoff to a month-long program (the program is complimentary for class attendees). You are welcome to participate in just the workshop, just the month-long program, or both!
