Introducing “Rebuilding Your Relationship with Movement” – a 4-week series aimed at diving into the building blocks needed to establish a joyful relationship with movement. Whether you’ve never sought movement with intention or the idea of moving your body is tangled up with diet culture or negative experiences, this series is for you.Led by Kathleen Terracina, intuitive eating counselor and personal trainer, this series explores a different topic each week in a part discussion, part movement format.

Week 1 – How to Tune in and Connect to your Body
Week 2 – Shifting the Perspective: Function vs. Aesthetic.
Week 3 – Empowering yourself with Choice: How to take the best choice for you in a group setting.
Week 4 – Finding Joyful Movement: What Counts and How to add it in to your Life.

This group will meet on Thursdays at 12pm from October 3 through October 24.

Cost: $160 ($40/session)
