The Rabbit Hole Distillery team guides you through an educational whiskey tasting experience that will be paired with an exquisite 4-course menu from The Merchant culinary team. Must be 21+
ONE SEATING AT 6PM AND GOING TO 9PM (parties of 8 people or less)
$115 + 20% gratuity + Tax
The menu for the evening:
1st: Cavehill paired with lemon and maple soy Cavehill bourbon glazed bacon wrapped scallops
2nd: Heigold paired with a southern braised pulled pork slider and crisp apple slaw
3rd: Boxergrail paired with garlic and herb lamb chops and tricolor caramelized carrots
4th: Derringer paired with a sherry cherry pie and vanilla bean ice cream
