Prenatal Pelvic Health covers all the questions you didn’t know you had about pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum recovery from Dr. Meghan O’Hara, an experienced physical therapist who specializes in pelvic health. We will dive in to how to prepare your pelvic floor for pregnancy and delivery, movement to improve strength, mobility, and function of the pelvic floor and surrounding muscles, and what do to postpartum to heal and recover. Come ready to move, learn, and ask questions!

Dr. Meghan O’Hara has been specializing in pelvic health physical therapy since 2016. She graduated from Stanford University with her Bachelor of Art in Human Biology, and from Duke University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is passionate about helping people of all ages and genders stay active, healthy, and happy by providing personalized physical therapy and wellness care. Meghan specializes in treating bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction, including but not limited to urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, gas incontinence, constipation, bloating, abdominal pain, pelvic pain for all genders, pain with intercourse, diastasis recti, tailbone pain, post gender affirming surgery care, and pregnancy and postpartum health.

Cost: $25 for non-members, $20 for members.
