Join us for the opening reception of our juried visual art exhibition,"Best of the East Coast" on Friday, September 1st from 6-9pm at 311 Gallery!
This exhibition will showcase the work of talented artists from up and down the East Coast, each with their own unique style and perspective. From paintings and sculptures to photography and mixed media, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
We'll also be featuring the work of JR Ramoutar with a solo exhibition, Apologies. Influenced to begin painting during the pandemic by the work of KAWS, Roy Lichtenstein, and Basquiat, this series of JR's work infuses flashes of pop culture with the tension of voyeurism.
The reception will also feature light refreshments for you to enjoy We hope to see you there!
