In her new Ecliptic painting series Kathleen Werner designs centered geometries and distinctive movement though the use of multiple varied symmetries. These intricate and elegant paintings showcase Werners strong background in architecture and design. With her unique “Nouveau Art Deco” style, these large works invoke a timeless sophistication, complimenting a broad range of decors and designs. Her work can be viewed at CMAC (City Market Artist Collective) in downtown Raleigh, 300 Blake Street, from August 6- September 26th.
