Guest Artist Susan Brabeau exhibits “Night Garden” an exhibition of botanical paintings. Brabeau detoured from her career as a portrait painter, and immersed herself into creating paintings of the extensive gardens on her farm. She used a special combination of oil paints and iridescent enamels so the painting glow even in normal light. Part of her process was to take photos at night with a special head lamp and flashlight, to capture images of insects and amphibians lurking in the darkness, among the plants
